Established in 1983 by Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad, the Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research (MAEER), popularly known as the MIT Group of Institutions, began with one of Maharashtra’s first private engineering colleges. Today, the MIT Group comprises 72 institutions and nurtures over 75,000 students annually.
